Veliaj Construction successfully organized the International Competition for the development of the former Circus area in Tirana.
Throughout this creative and inspiring process, 6 renowned international architectural studios presented their project ideas for the transformation of this urban zone:

GO HASEGAWA – Japan
GROUP WORK – UK
LAUC – France
NIETO SOBEJANO – Spain
ARCHEA – ItalyAfter a thorough evaluation process by the jury, the winning project was announced as the one by the French studio LAUC, for its contemporary vision that respects history, green spaces, and the local community. 
Veliaj Construction is honored to be part of this significant investment in the urban future of Tirana, in one of the city’s most strategic areas.
